This program is designed for high school athletes of all abilities who are striving to reach their full athletic potential and get an edge on their competitors.  We will challenge you to reach your goals through the use of strength training, plyometrics, agility drills, and proper coaching,

 

Included in the program:

One on one strength training with a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer

Competitive small group agility and foot work drills

Initial and final quickness and strength assessments

Plyometric, power, and speed training

Balance and coordination enhancing drills

 

Cost/Dates/Times

$250 for 8 1hr sessions.  Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm - 5:00pm.

February 4th - 27th

Non members are welcome to participate in the program
